of regional Mexican music for more than 25 years. Our
taste for music comes from a long generation of family

The name of our Mariachi is due to the fact that its
founder Javier Valdivia was originally from a town called
Aguilas De La Barca in the state of Jalisco. It was there
where He conceived the idea of forming a Mariachi group.
Javier comes from a family of musicians, his father and
grandfather transmitted to him that taste for music.
Over time, Javier emigrated to the United States and
since he had music inside him, he decided to form a
Mariachi group with people who felt the same passion
for Mexican music. This is how Mariachi Aguilas De La
Barca Jalisco was born more than 25 years ago.
